My visit to the Shirt Collar Exhibition at the Shell House Gallery, was everything I thought it would be. I’ve been following the lead up to it for some time, and finally manged to see the work on the last date of the exhibition.
It’s now Wednesday, and I am still on a high from the weekend of stitching at the Jessie Chorley workshops at Hope and Elvis.

I love any opportunity to use a Lucet.
As part of a recent rust dyeing session, I dyed a lovely bundle of vintage cotton string from the Arnold’s Attic stash.
This lovely rusty string came in very handy for some co-ordinated cord I needed for a new rust project I was working on.
I dusted off my Lucet and went to work making a batch of braid.
