There is something very satisfying about finding a vintage, wooden cotton reel. So when I found six of them and a vintage metal thimble I was a very, very happy chuck!
I used to be reluctant to use the vintage thread because it was so beautiful, but now I do – it is always the perfect ‘vintage’ colour and texture.
